Dr Frank Yan is a senior medical specialist with expertise in allergy, respiratory and sleep medicine. He has been serving the south Sydney area since 2003. He believes nasal allergy, snoring and breathlessness are closely linked to each other. His surgery at St George Private Hospital has all the modern equipment to make accurate diagnosis of disorders in his fields. Dr Yan is able to integrate the 3 specialties together and save patients from visiting different specialists . It is Dr Yan’s unique and firm belief that the upper airway and lower respiratory tract should be cared for concurrently to achieve the best outcome for the patient. Dr Yan is also the director of the Premier Lung Function Laboratory which provides measurement of respiratory function for patients with asthma, emphysema and lung fibrosis.

Dr Yan attends St George Hospital and the Allergy Unit at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital as a medical specialist. He is also actively involved in education of junior doctors and medical students.
